Yeah, I did try to re-install just to be sure, and use only patch 1.02, but as you say it didn't make any difference. :down: I'm not giving it up just yet (to find some solution), but I wouldn't be surprised if this means we'll have to upgrade our graphic cards just to get some frickin' eye-coloring... :pinch: ...frick.

YES! Some of the armor mods I've downloaded is suppose to have a "shining" about them, but they're are totally "flat" colored...! :pinch: Hmm, we defiantly have the same problems here... Maybe we have too old graphic cards after all..? :unsure: Well, atleast we're not alone in this boat...if you solve this you'll solve my problems too and vice verse. Two heads are better then one, no?

*LOL* I also tried to google without any success. At first it didn't bother me too much, but after awhile I just thought the characters look..."soulless" with those d*mned black eyes. And looking at all the pretty eye mods just made my itch worse.. It feels both better and worse now that I know more people are having the same problem, bad thing is that no one seems to really know what's causing it.. Well, let do our best then! No more black eyes! :laugh:

Harsh indeed. It's not like I'd take some random picture and claim it would be the official concept art if it wasn't (where's the point??). And I don't see why I should be "better off playing WoW" just because I liked this art of Zevran. It doesn't make sense and just seemed like an totally unnecessary comment, but...whatever floats your boat.

Logically then if we downloaded and installed the PTs Vibrant eyes that should fix the problem, I have tried that but they don't work either, which I thought was strange unless it's that damned patch. :laugh: yes it's me again, I've still got the problem. Frick... I really want some none-black eyes. I'm gonna try to replace the eye colors with new files then, just to be sure. :sad:

Aha, ok thanks! Do you know how I could find the eye color files again..? :sweat: It's weird though that both Morrigan's and Sten's eye color show... Isn't it?

Yes, but I uninstalled and deleted them all from the core/override folder to check if there was some mod making the eyes black, but even with every mod gone they are still black. :sad:

I have Graphic Details on "high" and the Texture Detail on "medium", I tried to put it to "high" but it didn't work. It went down to "medium" by itself.. :unsure:

Ok, so I've updated my drivers to ATI 7.2, set the graphic on "high" in the game and adjusted the screen light to very bright.. Still every character in the game (except for Sten and Morrigan) have black eyes (see the screenshot on Alistair below)! And it annoys me to no end! :verymad: Has this something to do with my computer being too old (it's a Dell Dimension 8400)? Something I need to update?
