Thank you for the replies. Well hope we will get a new solution because I'm kind of deep in the game now and I do not want to start a new game.

Since the offical 1.5 release my settlement menu is missing the Structures tab. Funny thing is that with the beta patch everything was fine. I attached a pic with my load order. Is anybody experiencing this? Is there a fix for this?
