  1. Awesome thx... I will look into getting 3DMAX and converting all the settlement pieces to 3ds files that can be imported into sketchup. Then he can use them to design and layout settlement on his laptop while his son is playing battlefield or something.
  2. I was wondering if anyone thinks this is even possible? I have a friend that plays and loves to do settlement work. He shares his PC with his family and it gets monopolized by his kids at times and he would love to be able to grab his POS laptop and do some settlement design work in SketchUp. It would be oh so helpful if there was a way to convert all the settlement pieces into SketchUp models so he could easily layout settlements. If there was a way to make a tool that could take NIF files and convert them to Sketchup Models, you could use it to make models for even the housing mods that have been made with custom pieces.
  3. Would Love to be able to toggle helmet visibility. Could someone do this please?
  4. I would like to see a mod that makes the materials you get from scaping more realistic. I mean... No cirtuitry form a stove, frig. oven or TV? REALLY?!?!
  5. You don't generate pathing grids, you manually create them for interiors, or exteriors. I think the generation proceedure the CS uses requires an assload of processing and memory to work, and it still kind of sucks. By manual creation and adjustment you have more control of things. Read the associated page on the Wiki, it is one of the more useful ones. yea, I was kinda having fun doing the grid by hand anyway. Learning more that way too. :)
  6. I cant generate any pathing grids either... I get an error every time I try.
  7. Another problem is that the Oblivion modding community is sread out too thin across many sites. If all modders were members of one site, then issues such as yours would not be so much.
