I'm in the same situation. CBBE does not work. If I remove all clothing, the vanilla underwear shows. If I use CBBE apparel, I am a floating head. I tried removing all other mods. I even did a complete HDD format and clean install. My ini files are all correct. I have checked and redone them dozens of times. In addition, some of the standalone weapons and armor are invisible. The same for a lot of the craftable items and settlement item mods. Any help or idea are greatly appreciated.
