I have no idea whats wrong but every bullet I shoot from a ballistic weapon is invisible, they make holes and do damage but don't appear.

Ahh I was wondering cause i never had that problem with my Xbox version guess il have to adjust my playstyle a bit then thanks for your help.

I can't fire through fences/the prison tower gaps or anything like them its almost like whenever i fire i hit an invisible wall....any help?
