I never really used Nifskope, you are talking about that option, yes? https://imgur.com/a/VbpSz This didn't change anything. :sad: Btw. is it normal that the head and the mouth/eye parts are so far apart in nifskope? https://imgur.com/a/a6Bp5 Edit: On the second picture you can also see that the mesh looks normal and not like ingame. Weird. I think I am going to try it with vanilla ressources at the weekend. Edit: Tried it with a default face on a default face, same issue.
  2. Ha, I was just looking through Google because I have exactly the same problem, the neck gap also looks exactly the same, like there is some parts of the neck part of the head missing. Since no one answere so far I think no one stumbled upon this problem and managed to fix it or Argonian followers are so unpopular that no one cares? :D

  4. Hello everyone! I was thinking about starting a new playthrough of Skyrim but i feel like something more creepy this time. So my question is: Are there mods to make the vanillagame more creepy? Iam talking mainly about the atmosphere. Some additional dungeons are nice and all, but i do look for something more ... implemented in the gameworld. Like scary sounds at night, a unnatural darkness, creepy monsters or even changed enviroment. Do mods like these exist? Sounds of Skyrim adds a few sounds, but thats not exactly ... enough. Also most "dark nights" mods are not what iam looking for. Do you know the nights in Don't Starve? Something like this. See ya.
  5. The second picture shows pretty clearly, that they defy gravity. :p Is it actually possible to change poses of argonians? It looks a little akward with the normal poses/animations.
  6. You shoudnt force yourself to do something like that because some people demand it. You will just ruin your motivation to work on it like that. Just as a hint.

  10. The mods aren't necessary at all. Bethesda should indeed think about the main playstyles or characters and provide a limited set of choices accordingly but in this case my choice should be the norm. You are a vampire hunter, you are told the vampires want something which is most likely related to Serana I'm assuming its the Elder Scroll and you are handing it right over TO the vampires. Her explanation when you tell her the Dawnguard would want her dead is: "Well look kill me and you've killed one vampire. If people are after me then there's something bigger going on." I'm sorry but that does NOT suffice. There just isn't any reason why you should trust her you should kill her to secure what the vampires were looking for that is what a vampire hunter does that is what the game even tells you the Dawnguard would want. I've been trying to kill her myself right now, the xx should be 02 if Dawnguard is at the top of your loadorder. But using "setessential 02002B6C 0" doesn't let me kill her. :( Edit: Even using kill on her afterwards doesn't work. The question is, why exactly do you want to kill her "on sight"? Looks like a fanatic to me. I know that the DG questline is not great or logical, but thats not the point.

  12. How exactly shoud Bethesda do such a thing? You are using a mod and such stuff wasnt meant to be in the game. Shall they try to make every single situation that can happen to be roleplayable as every single character imaginable? Also, just as a hint, if you truly roleplay, you can end up in situations where you are forced to do stuff you dont like to do. Forcing situations into something that fits your charakter isnt always the best idea.

  14. Woud like some more love for Argonians too. I remember a mod from Drake the Dragon for Oblivion, that combined some mods of different moders like Slof into one. The finished "product" was incredible. Iam missing something like that for Skyrim. You know, claws on hands and feets, Morrowind-like legs, more headstyles and such stuff. Most of the actual mods are pretty boring or not really fitting. Raptor feet? Really? I appreciate the work of the creator, he did a good job. But it just doesnt fit in my opinion. On the other hand i dont understand, why stuff like "Unique Beast Races" isnt getting more support. But at least we have a bunch of skimpy armors.
  15. Nah, I'm not going to ignore you. Well, not entirely, anyway... :whistling: If I do ever implement the "distant phylactery" approach, a delayed rejuvenation is certainly possible -- you reappear, but 1d10 days later when a convenient undead happened to wander nearby that your phylactery could commandeer. Another way to look at it though is that, lore-wise (at least how I'm doing it), the magic involved in creating the phylactery is setting up some conditional wards that trigger when your body is destroyed. Remember that "destroyed" is just what happens to an undead when you would otherwise have "killed" them (after all, how can you "kill" what's already dead??) -- when you "destroy" a draugr or dragon priest, their corpse falls to the ground. The phylactery's wards are simply re-resurrecting your body (in exactly the same way that you can raise a draugr you've "killed"), but of course you've taken a lot of damage by this point and are severely weakened, not to mention that your soul's home had to expend much of its own stored energy to get your corpse walking again. You answered before i was done with editing! >.< Yeah, thats one way to look at it, but how exactly is he "repairing" the damage of its body? Imagine the PC-Lich getting destroyed like hundred times and reanimatet all the time again. Looks like that lich will really need some incredible powerfull illusion spells :P. What i wantet to mention too: You might try to give the PC-Lich some more unique (!) weaknesses/downsides. The only true one is the fire vulnerability, but thats not a thing you cant overcome easily. Also it is a bit wired that the PC-Lich will probaly the only one, that can run around 100% of the time in normal appearance withhout downsides. How about stuff like if the PC Magicka is empty, he gets automatically transformed into a undead form that is as powerfull as the normal form but hostile to most factions? I know that you dont want to make a second one. Its just a idea. Maybe it coud just let something of its undead nature "shine through" like glowing eyes or such stuff. Random idea: The PC-Phylactery gets sometimes attacked by dawnguard/hostile lich/whatever and they try to "purge" it. The PC got now a certain amount of time to reach it (mark/teleport spells anyone? :P) and destroy the attackers before they finished the ritual.
