  1. As @melvinius said, an update can be the cause of the FPS drop. For example, I just updated Water for ENB. In the FOMOD installer, by mistake, I chose the default 4K resolution. My frame rate in certain areas of the map tanked to 15 to 20 FPS. I reinstalled the update with the 2K option (which I should have done if I was paying attention in the first place) and my FPS returned to normal. Take a look at any mods that deal with things like fog, light, water, or other environmental elements that give the GPU a "workout" and see if you updated anything.
  2. ENB is notorious for flooring FPS rates. You need a PC with at least an Intel 12700 or AMD 5800X and a RTX3080 Ti or AMD 6900 XT if you are using the "High Quality" preset to get a decent frame rate. Try using the "Medium or Low Quality" presets. You can achieve good FPS with less "High End" hardware using the "High Quality" preset, but that requires manual tuning with ENB Helper.
  3. Do you have a controller connected to your PC? Keyboard and mouse are disabled if Skyrim detects one connected. 1. Edit SkyrimPrefs.ini 2. Under [MAIN] 3. Set bGamepadEnable=0
  4. Uninstalling mods mid playthrough ,unless specifically stated by the mod author, is always a bad idea. Things get added to the save and when the save tries to access something that is missing, CRASH. Try reinstalling the mods. If that doesn't work you'll have to start a new game.
  5. The LOOT game-masterlists are updated frequently with the latest Fallout 4 update being yesterday according to LOOT's Discord.
  6. This might help you with the CK interface: Creation Kit Interface Cheat Sheet
  7. You need version 2.5.3 Dev Build 2 from Mod Organizer 2's Discord. It's been updated for Starfield. You will find it on the \\DEV RELEASES\dev-builds channel. Invite to Mod Organizer 2's Discord server
  8. Take a look at this guide from GamerPoets: Unleash Your Fallout 4 Powers with F4SE for MO2 & Vortex!
  9. There is an update for 1.10.984 (next-gen) on the Mod Configuration Menu page that posted back in May. I've been using it and have no problems (with MCM) to report.
  10. A dismissed Follower will return to being a Non-Player Character (NPC). NPCs will keep whatever gear given to them as a Follower equipped as long as you (Player) remain in the same cell as the NPC. Once you leave that cell and return to it the NPC is recreated and will equip whatever is listed as that NPC's default gear. You need an NPC Overhaul mod not a Follower mod to accomplish this. I'm sorry to say I don't have any NPC Overhaul mods to recommend that do this. If you don't mind keeping multiple Followers, then I recommend DarkFox127's Busy Follower Framework. It allows 25 Followers and once you no longer need the Follower instead of dismissing you “Send Home” (that is wherever you set home to be for that Follower). It also allows you to have multiple outfits set up so that Followers will automatically change outfits. Example: I have Lydia in Enchanted Ebony when she is out with me (Player). At home, in this case Breezehome, she changes into Fine Quilted attire befitting her status as Lucia's Nanny Housecarl.
  11. In that case, please add some more information about your install. Where is from (GOG, Steam)? What is the version of Fallout 4? What is the version of Mod Organizer 2? Plus anything else that you think might help.
  12. Yes, USSEP will eliminate the "Restoration Loop". However, you can use this mod to enable it again: Reverts Fortify Restoration "fix" of the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
  13. Darkfox127's Busy Follower Framework has "Sandboxing in Safe Places" for your followers. It allows you to turn "idle behaviors" off or on for each of your followers and they will only happen in places that are safe to do so.
  14. I am assuming Steam and Anniversary Edition here. Do you have a controller attached to your PC? If so, the mouse and (sometimes) keyboard will be disabled when it is . Check in (default path) \Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SkyrimPrefs.ini under [MAIN] that bGamepadEnable is set to False (bGamepadEnable=0). If not, It is most likely the Load Order. Although I don't think it specifically responsible for your bug, the Address Library should be loaded at the top (or near the top) of you Load Order with the rest of the Utilities (PapyrusUtil SE etc...). Next would Bug Fixes (USSEP etc...) and then your UI elements (SkyUI etc...).
