  1. What you are seeing is known as "Letterbox" and can be disabled by using ENB Helper for Fallout 4. I don't see it in your mod list even though you are using NAT X and Ghost ENB. It is a requirement for any ENB as far as I'm concerned.
  2. Unfortunately, "but nothing seems to work" doesn't give much information as to what the problem is. If you haven't setup Vortex for modding FO4 (Fallout 4) then that would be your first step. Here is a guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2818521483. At the very least you will need to download and install F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender) and launch FO4 through it (meaning you run F4SE and it starts FO4 for you). Here is another guide using MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) instead of Vortex: https://themidnightride.moddinglinked.com/. The choice of which to use, MO2 or Vortex, is personal preference. Just DO NOT use both (MO2/Vortex) at the same time.
  3. I had the same problem. I fixed it by installing High FPS Physics Fix: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44798 . After I unlocked the frame rate, it was set to 60 fps, the load times now are a fraction of what they were. Minutes to seconds.
  4. Yes, a uninstall/reinstall is an option. That's basically step 4 above. It does look like to me something was deleted. Maybe not by Vortex, but gone nevertheless.
  5. 1. Try disabling (uncheck) all the mods, in the Mods section, and reenabling (checking) them. I know it sounds like busy work, but it works in some situations. 2. If that does not work, try disabling all the mods except NVSE. Then enable the mods one-by-one and try launching the game. You can Quit at the Main Menu. Don't try to load any saves. You could corrupt them. 3. If that doesn't work, working backwards, starting at the last mod you installed, uninstall/remove the mods one-by-one. When you reach the point that the mods you listed above are gone, start reinstalling, again one-by-one, and try running the game (Quit at the Main Menu). 4. At this point if it still is not working do a clean reinstall. I don't know how many mods you have installed, but you will learn by doing. And if you mod, you'll be doing a lot of "doing" xD. Here is a guide. Michael at GamerPoets is great at what he does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzT_64LF_Dg
  6. I would suggest reinstalling the mods for the .esp files listed. In the Mods section right click the mod and choose "Reinstall". When it asks, choose the "Replace" option.
  7. Assuming you didn't change/edit the default Vortex layout. On the left side under Mods, click on Plugins and make sure the plugins files (.esp) you listed above are checked. The Plugins tab is your actual Load Order.
  8. Same here. Pandora is still in an alpha release, so I'll wait for at least the beta version before deploying. I don't have any problems with Nemesis, but since it's an abandoned project by the mod author that could change.
  9. Did you install (manual or thru Vortex) your patch/mod? If you didn't put a new folder, with your patch/mod file(s) in it, into the installed mods folder (the folder/directory where all of your other mods are installed) it will not show on the "Mods list". If SSEEdit just created a new plugin in the plugins folder that is all you will see. And since you put is there, you have to remove it manually.
  10. Same here also. I signed up and never got an email verification.
