I got the same problem and I'm using the body mesh from Tempered skin for males. Do you have HDR enabled by any chance?

it's something ive noticed with most armor mods, 9 out of 10 times they got tiny gaps where the pelvis meets the upper body. It's there with some vanilla armors too and even the creation club sets suffer from this.
