recently started trying Civ6 for the first time in a while, thought a few mods might rekindle the old game, but only 1 of the 6+ I have tried actually worked (when I followed the instructions on another mod to get it loaded, which did not actually work for the mod with instructions. The ONLY instructions I found for any of the mods to be installed was drop them in the mod folder, which only worked for 1 as mentioned. Any suggestions? none of the civ 6 mods seem to have actual instructions, and for some (very) stupid reason, the Steam mod manager doesn't offer all the games that steam has mods for, any suggestions?
