Vortex keeps saying it needs to restart to apply changes and is not showing me any mods. It is persisting in doing this even after I uninstalled, renamed the AppData/Vortex folder, and reinstalled. It is also for some reason displaying stuff for Skyrim VR and will NOT let me remove it. I do NOT OWN Skyrim VR (or any Skyrim at all) and do not know where it came from. Picture attached shows it as disabled but it was ENABLED on fresh install and when I initially opened it. Previously I only had a couple mods for BG3 and most were disabled. Saw another thread talking about deleting an old Skyrim folder but I don't see anything like that anywhere in my installation.
