Fixed it by moving "Vampire Ascendant" lower down

All special weapon actions appear as if used already. anyone ever had this problem? i'm trying to determine wich mod is doing this.

Is there an easy way to find out when there's a SE update other than launching the game? on the Github page the author states that the latest release doesn't reflect updates
