Try another version of windows? I have win 10 enterprise version 10.0.19045 build 19045 and mod manager version 8.2.4 build 133 and it worked fine for the bit that I tried it.

Hello World, Can someone please make a mod for the legendary edition to put all subtitles(both in and out of cutscenes) in the bottom of the screen where they belong? Please, I'm begging you, I literally can't play like this with them at the top of the screen!!!... I'll even pay for your work/time if it's a sum I can afford.
