Further on applying other mods also has the same effect where the mod does nothing to the game

Hello, i'm currently using vortex 1.10.8, I'm trying to mod Ready or not which i bought from steam. I am trying to use the Takina VO Ron1.0 Mod for the game, when applying the mod for the game there was no errors shown but the mod did not take effect into the game. Could I get further assistance regarding this? Thank you.
