Honestly, I just want to enjoy the game for now as I don't want to spend that much time trying to fix small inconveniences. I'll only look at my esp's/esm's if there are really major problems. Still, thanks for the advice.

I already fixed it earlier by just using the high preset with soft reflections turned off and water multisampling set to low. I just want to know now why it was the water settings when Doc Mitchell's house isn't even near water.

My problem is probably due to my specs so here it is.

The bug was caused by some settings as when I used the low preset, bug not do. I don't really know which settings caused this yet so I'll just update the post when I find out.
