    I have attached my mod list, and I also have Chromatic Melancholy ENB installed. Now I am unable to Alt-Tab out of FO3 and then Alt-Tab back, I can only hear audio but no visual. Without mods, it works. Using Win11 with i7 11th Gen, 32GB ram and Nvidia T500. Is there a workaround?
