Well I reinstalled the mod and then was able to reset it Couldn't figure out any other way

Hi I installed the Begin Again Mod for Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3. As far as I am aware I have done it to the letter of the guide on here but when I load the game up I get this message. Any help tp solve this would be appreciated. I am going to follow what it said to see if I can resolve it in the mean time.

Hi I attempted to run the Begin Again mod for Fallout new Vegas and I installed the mods from Nexus fine and the TTW Files fine but have mucked up when trying to set up the TTW Mods Installer. I basically need to reset the mod installer but I do not know how? I enclosed screenshot and as you can see the main files on the left are not installed or I have not set up the directories right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
