Thank you for your help, LOOT can't find the texture mod what to ever so sadly it didn't work. The author for the mod told people to use Mo2 so I guess I will have to delete everything and start from scratch with Mo2. Still I did appreciate you taking your time to help me! Edit: Apparently LOOT bugged out my Vortex, guess it is a sign to not use it.

So I am modding Skyrim and it is working as intended except for missing textures, I am pretty sure I know why. I have Skyrim 202X by Pfuscher that is updating more or less all textures and then I have JK's Skyrim that is adding some extra things, it is some of the JK's Skyrim that is missing textures and I think it might be that JK's is loading before 202X. They are not having a conflict so can't use that to chose what one loads first, so how do I manually change load order? Edit: So somebody moved this away from the Vortex forum even if this was literally a question how to change the load order on Vortex not how to mod Skyrim.
