Would anyone be willing to make a simple mod for LE, or tell me how to make it? I want it to do the following - 1) edit default carry weight to 50 2) edit default heal rate to 0.01 (this is passive health regen when out of combat) I can do this by editing the races individually, but I'd like a custom spell to add to the player which would be a simpler more elegant solution. Anyone know how I'd make this?

I don't mean TMM 1 command, I mean like how in Fallout 3 you could hack the Vault tec HQ mainframe and get the vault locations. Is there a similar in-game way of doing it in FNV?

Its an occasional bug related to the pipboy light where you open inventory and the screen is glowing as if your torch is still on, is there any way to disable this effect without affecting the pipboy light?

I like to declutter my root installation folder, the GOG install includes dozens of pointless files which just makes keeping track of modded items more tricky.

I deleted it and the game works perfectly fine and looks exactly the same as it did before

None of what lenawolfbravil posted is neccesary, just set an NPC responsibility to 30 and they will buy stolen goods.
