In regular Skyrim you either attack or block. But in Skyrim VR we can guard and attack at the same time. That is OP, there is no point to not block and attack at the same time. So I was looking for a simple mod that would reduce the damage dealt if attacking during the block this way simulating being unable to make a full swing with a shield in front of you.
