  1. I read most of this thread, then I sorta tl;dr the rest of it, but I did see several people asking for repairing vehicles and driving stuff around the wasteland. Not that I think its a bad idea, I just don't like being able to traverse the wasteland at extreme speeds like that. I mean, the wasteland is supposed to be massive for a reason, to take a LONG time to explore it, if I can drive everywhere I want, then it will take 1/2 as long as it would for me to 'beat' the game... Now getting back on topic... I personally think New Vegas is going to be sweet, at first I thought that it wouldn't work well with them adding in a whole bunch of guns from Modern Warfare 2, but they made it blend well so I guess it will be alright. Also, I hope that they don't make you choose between karmas when choosing a house unless they offer options for all three karmas. That and whatever jukebox/radio I have in there better be able to switch stations to stuff within reception or I'm going to toss it out the window... if there is one that is.
  2. Well I joined here a while ago, when I started modding, and I have hit a bit of a hard place with my mod. I am making a world mod (I choose to do a world mod because I had so many different ideas that I decided to combine them all into one big mod) using vanilla oblivion and SI files to do most of it, though when I learn to actually make my own stuff I will import that as well. Anyway like I was saying, I am having trouble with dialogue; I have made the first major city and programed it's jail, but the guards, which I made from scratch, do not have the "resist arrest" "go to jail" "pay gold" dialogue options and I don't know how to add them into the guard's dialogue, I sorta want to copy and paste the ones from vanilla oblivion. I checked the wiki but it only tells me how to make my own dialogue and I'm a bit confused. I also want to do this with city beggars as well, they do not have the "have a gold, beggar" option either. If anyone could help me out here, I'd be much appreciated! Any tips/advice would also help too, and thank you for your time!
  3. Cool, I needed a name generator, naming characters was one of the hardest things for me!
  4. LOL This was unexpected, an interesting and original idea! XD
  5. Personally I love fighting the necromancers, I have a dagger specifically for them, silences them so their forced to fight me hand to axe. I hack them to bits before they even get the chance to run again...
  6. My most frustrating moment in Oblivion was trying to find the Skooma addict to interrogate her. When I actually need to find her is when she decides to go to the clinic because I checked her house, the inn, the museum and all of the streets/alleyways several times before I found her standing outside of her house! >.< Over an hour of running around so that I could ask her a simple question!!!!!!
  7. I don't listen to music while I mod it breaks my concentration, the clicking sounds that the CS makes is enough to make sure my headphones work. But I do usually have the TV on low for some background noise.
