Frapplejuice

I have skyUI installed and everything with a bunch of other mods, I got SKSE so that's not the issue, but whenever I load up the game, skyUI aren't the MCM doesn't appear(as in it's still vanilla menu). But if I deactivate it then reactivate it in NMM, it shows up in-game. I was wondering if this applies to other mods I have as well (apocalypse, a closer look, dragon ascendent, immersive CoW, etc) since we all know that some mods aren't activated until later on so we don't know if it's actually in-game. I'm also wondering how I can avoid having to do this all the time after I install a new mod for SkyUI. Thanks
