  1. What a detailed answer! Are there any materials to read how the game works from the inside? I'm afraid I have too many questions)
  2. It seems to me not natural that other fc's in all generators except Concord always 100% condition. I think it would be correct if their condition were random. I have not seen anything like this among ready-made mods, but I think it would be possible to write a script that changes the state of the core when it is taken out of the generator or something like this - is it right? I can program, but I'm not familiar with the Fallout 4 modding and do not even know where to start.

  5. It would be possible to look for something among the console commands, but if it does not exactly work, then what's the point? Options with names including "roulette" for example could be switched at any time, but is there such an opportunity?
  6. I changed the characteristics of the EXALT Weapons in DefaultGameCore.ini and it works, but I do not see the price for which I can sell it on the gray market. I tried to unpack XComGame.upk and XComStrategyGame.upk, but DecompressLZO.exe writes that they are unpacked and what to do next is unclear so where can I find inaccessible ini files or scripts?
  7. In vanilla it's very easy to find and disarm mines, did somebody make a mod so that you need perk for this? Detection in VATS is common, although it is also interesting.
  8. is there mods that 1) remove all hints like [speech 50%], [intellect], [Lock - Easy], [HIDDEN] and so on. 2) remove message about new opened location when you walk at wasteland 3) add random encounters with fast travel? I knew about Fasttravel Encountered, but it need AII and MMM and add only 3 encounters, AFAIK.
