As a matter of fact, the second part of the bug (spell in opposite hand appearing like a staff) occurs whenever I hold any staff.

This bug seems to occur whether I have mods or not, It happens on a clean save and modded save, it even happened on my old computer, where installing mods would make the game crash (my old computer wasn't very good, mind you) http://i.imgur.com/1NfvBvU.jpg I don't know if anyone has ever found a solution to this, as when I search on google I get no related results. The magic effect doesn't come out of the end of the staff, as you can see, rather it comes out of my hand, and the spell in the opposite hand appears at the end of an 'invisible' staff.
