  1. Aghh! My hopes and dreams! :b oh well, thanks for letting me know
  2. Yes! I didn't mention music or music videos for multiple reasons. Do the same regulations apply to interview audio?
  3. I had such a brilliant idea to bring Snoop Dogg to life in Fallout 4, and if I were familiar with modding I would totally be all over this. I can imagine you could find a good amount of voice work from Snoop Dogg, I know he did a voice pack for COD Ghosts, and probably has a lot of interview clips you could pull audio from. Seriously, somebody please make a Snoop Dogg looks preset, make some voice files for him, and make him into a companion. You could probably go as far as contacting the man himself, and asking him if he would do a few voice lines. He's not new to the idea. The lines you could come up with just using his interviews or random talking clips could be totally priceless is used correctly. If any of the cannabis mods out there want to collaborate, you can totally smoke down with virtual Snoop Dogg, like come on. There's the endorsements right there. Maybe he can even sell you some of his mix-holo-tapes, which are some old school tracks. Ideas? Yes, no?
  4. Hey all, I recall a Skyrim mod that let all of your favorited weapons appear holstered on the player body in third person. I don't know about you guys, but to put your equipped weapon away, and it disapear into thin air is nerve racking for me. Makes you question Bethesda a bit, seeing as how this is something I'm pretty certain was built in to previous games. My request is that somebody takes the time, (when proper modding is available,) to allow the currently equipped weapon to show up in 3rd person when holstered. Upon future request for the somebody who knows what they are doing, to allow the "favorited" items to show up in variable locations on the player body. However Bethy seems like they got lazy, and didn't add any seperate animations for equipping different weapons in third person. Literally, every draw, and holstering animation is the SAME. This could also potentially look REALLY terrible with power armor on. So seperate work would have to be done to avoid a clipping nightmare. Hopefully a brilliant lad (or lass) reads this and, ah yes: "I know what you desire most, and will create with ease." Thank you modders, you make PC gaming so much more fun.
  5. Caves are muddy I am an avid caver, the underground is a dark and mysterious place full of wonders. But what Skyrim lacks, is proper caves. Ever heard of the Wet and Cold mod? I want to see something similar. But it will instead add mud to the player's feet and legs as they walk around in muddy areas. What about NPCs covered in mud when they drop to the ground? Or when a player / npc gets knocked down, they get back up with mud on the side they fell on. This isn't the most important goal I'd like to see accomplished. Seeing as how difficult it is to create something spanking new. I'm no modder, and I don't have the slightest idea of how to accomplish something like this. Henceforth I decided the Nexus is always growing. Possible features: Mud sticking to players / npcs / maybe objects Footprints Loss of walk speed, and or ability to sprint (only in muddy areas) Mud being splatted on screen when you get knocked down. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Caves are beautiful I also find the caves of Skyrim are lacking formations that are meant for aesthetic value. Sure, we have the stalagmites / tites, and some columns. I want to see things I can see in real life, in Skyrim. Maybe my opinion is a little distasteful, but I honestly can't recall any times that I was astounded by a vanilla cave. They're all just big rocky rooms to me. The problem I usually see is the formations don't have that calcite look. They blend into the rest of the textures and get overlooked completely. IF they're even there. Possible Features: More detailed, HR formations, that are placed in areas the player is bound to stumble upon in good lighting. (Maybe in complete darkness but likely to recieve torch / mage light) Flowstone Pools (I've been in caves where a downhill section is littered with little pools that fill up from the top to bottom. They can hold water as long as it's being replenished.) I often see small room connections where it appears to wind around, in perfect shape for someone to walk through: PLEASE make us crouch. Let's go over and under things, walk through narrow passages that can barely allow someone through. I would also like natural caves to have no sources of light. (Random lit candles / torches / lanterns) The only light should be from entrances, cracks in the ceiling, cave flora, and player / npc torches. This is another thing that may be hard to do, or at least, tedious. If anyone has more or better ideas, please keep this thread going! I would be truly excited if someone could revamp the caves of Skyrim. Bring the game further into the future of gaming.
