  1. Would even work to just swap Right D-pad to 'hotkey slot 1' if able. (Can put whatever u want there) - but as it is it only uses stimpacks and they are likely one of the worse healing items in the game (long animation, easily 'bumped' out of use and not get healed, often just don't work unless spammed, and usually with right perks, other options are just better by far) So is there any way anyone could take a whack at trying to swap the 'stim pack default' to hotkey slot 1(or any slot)? (for controller users obviously)
  2. To complement the martial arts/neruostrikes skills. Unarmed should get sneaks when the target is incapacitated (IE from neural strikes)

If anyone has knowledge about how the console commands work for this case, could they add insight?

  5. Almost begging here lol... This game is the first Bethesda game where character animations and detail makes me believe they intended 3rd person camera to be part of the game, and not a random afterthought, but the ots view gives me nausea and a headache really fast(All ots camera angles do, idk why) so am requesting anyone to please try and make a proper 3rd aka like how every previous Bethesda game (That was lacking proper 3rd person) has I have tried using all previous(Or ones I know of) camera edits for fo4, skyrim, fo76, even fo;nv and the only effect I got was the camera was stuck inside the character model and facing behind/to the right of direction your facing. Even adjusting it would only be one of 2 views: normal or the wonky one. So please can anyone figure out how to make a proper centered camera? I very, very much appreciate it, thank you.(Appreciate the attempt I mean aswell)
  6. Only thing that might be considered, is long hair would be an absolute nightmare with the need to wear helmets and requiring them to be fully air-tight vacuum seals. I can see why they (Even as a in game 'lore' reasoning) would not want long hair.
  7. Really want to add to this, I know we are few, but the off-center third person view actually makes me feel physically sick, and I always feel I am running sideways. Am near begging here lol, can someone find a way to center and raise the camera somewhat (Can even be close to character, don't want mega-zoomed out view, but DO want centered and raised camera) This is actually the first Bethesda title that 'feels' like they designed it with 3rd person view as a consideration and not a random afterthought, the animations look proper and natural (Again a first for bethesda) so I REALLY want to play the game in third, but I just cannot with it. I have tried all the ini edits from fo nv, 4, 76, skyrim, oblivian and none of them work. (Minor rant, WHY THE F___ DO GAME DEVS KEEP TRYING TO FORCE THIS OTS/OFF CENTER SH_T ON US? why not have the choice of 3 diff perspectives, left/right or centered/raised. It has been years now and this drive to make this the 'forced standard' really annoys me)
  8. welp, am using win11 and its up to date (even with some of the 'optional' garbage) and still get the error. I DO have classic shell though (which disables a hefty bit of win11's 'spying' s#*! as well as make it look more like win7ish era interface) Radion 6900xt + Ryzen 5900x so it is DEFIANTLY not a 'bad video card' (Yes gpu drivers are up to date too)

Typically in other games this was axis z (up/down) where as x was front/back, and y was side/side (I may have the x/y messed up, but z is def height) Trying to mess with INI file using old games tweaks and non take effect except if I add more than 30 to z, then camera seems to around and is stuck inside the character (camera faces backwards and a little to the right, but is blocked by the characters model) The other settings AFAICT Have no effect ingame (X/Y) I really wish I could find working 3rd person camera adjustments cuz I cannot stand(it makes me physically feel sick) playing the OTS aiming view.

Would love to add to this, all the skyrim, fallout 4 and fo76 third person camera tweaks don't work (FO76 one actually really mucks third person camera up when on ship weirdly enough, but has no effect outside on the ground) I cannot figure out how they did it, but would really like a proper raised and centered 3pv camera angle or advice on how to adjust it via ini.
  11. Rather than thrown into your face as it is, Just shrink said animation and push to the side. (IE so its not blocking view) Kinda annoyed after years with the image of someone slapping a picture into my face whenever I find something (Or finish quest, etc)

All I want is a very simple updated map for greenhouse that is exactly 2 tiles wider (to align with iridium sprinklers) and to remove all the 'cosmetic' junk (could move water bin closer to door area too if possible) - if nobody is willing, could anyone give me a quick and dirty tutorial on how to do this myself? All the mods on nexus are either overly silly huge that simply break the game, or remove the trees and mess up the 'warp in' tile when you enter.
  14. THat would be obvious... except it does not have any option to 'uninstall' or remove it(just disable, but it sticks around) And its not anywhere in the folder I originally extracted the files to. It messes up the game and I cannot find its original install files.

I know this game is old as balls, and i figure interest is very low, but can anyone make a centered third person mod (for when your not in combat, and walking about) and 'force' the fov (without key binds) or could show me how to edit the ini (I've googled for the past 4 hours and can find no way to force the camera so that batman's back is blocking a good part of the left side)
  16. heh... all FO games since 3(And the elder scrolls) make us cheaters. Bestesda's games sorta-kinda force us to 'cheat' (Since the second u use any console command, or add a mod, your a 'cheater' as far as the dev's are concerned)- And I've not yet played one of their games, without having to do one or the other to get though some part(Due to glitches or just bad coding/design) So I'd not feel too bad about it. But still, it does bug me that that little bit is 'unfinished'
  17. Know this is necro, but bounced here after endless hours searching for a fix. Same boat, no options where to send a supply-route to (and the nuka world rr does not show on any list in the CW) I have gone back and did open season, and still it shows as a raider settlement on the map, and no options (even with robots) for a supply line. The only way to build this place up is to load the workbench up (And seems pointless because it can't share with any other settlement) If anyone has found a fix between when I made this post and the last reply (IE over a year) please tell me. I am sure others also fell into this hole and just gave up on this 'prime' building spot.
  18. u know all supermutants are male right? (Or rather, mostly male..sterile males) The change removes any female and most male traits.
  19. i have the mentioned mods. I see maybe 1-2 random spawns a day of wandering. Except of course the 2 or 3 areas where mobs 'respawn' regularly, and they are like lv 1-15 (IE i can stand in a mess of 200 of them and fall asleep, thats how dangerous they are) Except of course deep south in glowing sea. I think OP's request is valid. ALL of the enemy related mods are 'broken' for higher level. One thing the game needs is possible a 'area resetter' that lets them both spawn enemies again, but let them spawn at YOUR level (or at least 'higher') and NOT @ level originally encountered. Also, other than (As i said) glowing sea(which can be horribly difficult when you have the more enemies mod installed) or downtown (can get laggy even with high end pc when 200+ enemies are running around) no area in the game really DOES have a good spawn rate (Or re-spawn if you count the 2-3 quarries and the two 'towns' that have respawning mobs)
  20. yea, from past experience with his mod, i find that if you COMPLETELY Uninstall it, run the game, save and exit then REINSTALL it it works fine(and don't worry, stuff that 're-appears' when you uninstall => run game, vanishes again when its reinstalled, and Im not sure why...lol Although I have the new version and most stuff in far harbor is still 'deselect-able' (Can't even target with console)
  21. what about hats? Shoes? And should be simple enough if someone wanted to create 'nude' mesh/skins for every clothing item in game(basically same idea as the summer shorts nude replacer, but with ALL clothing)

  23. lol suggested this almost a year ago, would love to see this still. I mean when quickly setting up new bases, I use a pretty simple building idea and build 4 towers, would be really nice to just plop down 4 copies and move on.
