I want to have a collectors house made, inspired by Jaggersfield, and Elysium Estate. I want a house pretty similar to the layout and feel of Elysium estate except I want to try to help a bit more on the framerate side. I am favorable to solitude style architecture, I like archways. The rough idea is House (SOMEWHERE CENTRALLY LOCATED NOT TO FAR FROM CARRAIGE POINT) I hate fast travel, kills the game.(seriously hurts scripting engine) 2 story home, maybe separate cells to help with framerate? Compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions for 4, or 6 kids. A spacious Library with certain unique displays there, office in same room. A SMALL followers room with bathroom for 2 followers. A Dining room with attached kitchen and greenhouse. A bard incorporated into the dining room. Kids bedroom Master Bedroom A 10 Manaquin Armory, and weapon stands for miscellaneous weapons A living room area Crafting room with alchemy and enchant table. Hint (I love clutter ONLY when it makes sense) NOTE: Not a fan of big open spaces (Wasted Space) , BUT I would like to be able to move without Lydia getting in my way all the time. The biggest feature of this mod would be the fact that outside the house, I want a (Shielded, protected, or somehow not just anyone can get into) VAULT entrance. This is where Jaggersfield Inspiration comes in. If you haven't seen the unique items vault in that mod DO IT,DO IT,DO IT,DO IT.. I want this vault mainly because you have these LEGENDARY and Dangerous items (Cough Deadric Artifacts) that some have the power to manipulate people and turn them against each other. BUT YOU LEAVE THEM OUT IN THE OPEN FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY WITH. Here Lucia play with The ebony blade I'm sure it wont tell you to kill me in my sleep (enter manacle laugh) The VAULT would also of course hold CLAWS, BLACK BOOKS, MASKS Pretty much ALL unique items in the game except the few I would like in the library. I Know this is asking ALOT, But I have a vision of a great housing mod, but not the time or knowledge to do it. If anyone is interested please message me and let me know, I will have building layout drawings done soon but I am always open to suggestions or if you have a couple of epic ideas. I am getting random crashes sometimes 10min sometimes hours no idea why. I am so paranoid I have to save every 5 minutes. I know for sure my computer or components are not overheating, also these crashes ONLY happen with Bethesda games. I also get a crash when steam has an update available sometimes crashing my whole computer whether offline or not. I would restart steam and would find it had an update available after the crash. ANY help would be appreciated. I did follow biraitbec modlist as a guideline. I did clean the masters with FO4Edit. I am starting to write a script for a very story driven immersive companion (male nord) He will act like you would expect in a world like Skyrim. I want a voice actor who is ready to record when I'm at least half way through the script. He will have ALOT of dialogue as I think little comments and reactions are what make a good companion. I would like anyone interested, and who loves Skyrim like I do, to send me a sample of the line below. Ok he was right. After months of that crap bug I fixed mine and don't have any problem with the bug anymore. In the enblocal where it asks for your video memory size, unlike what the guide says DO NOT include your physical ram in that number. ONLY YOUR VRAM. I changed that number and have played for a week without a single texture showing up in LOD form up close. I also no longer have the blue lod texture bug. On a separate note I recommend bilagos config tool make ini modifications very easily.

Okay weird I was ok for a while now I'm getting the stuttering again even with the decreased shadows dragons don't spawn and this stuttering is driving me up the wall HELP!!!!!

God thank you I was able to increase to all 2k graphics and a heavy grass mod just by turning down the shadows and now I got about 50 fps. I didn't realize shadows were that heavy
