I have no idea what load order and the armor mods can be seen on the first and last screenshot I think

Thank you! It helped :) But when I put on armor, my character is still nude (invicible armor?) and the water flickers. Any ideas?

The game is "frozen" but I still hear all the sounds, in the beginning the cart is bugged and no visible people. I downloaded a save game to create a character and all NPCs are frozen and all the sounds and voices are there. But no dragon shows up. I really have no idea how to solve and troubleshoot since I installed all mods in one go.
