    Why can't the [heater coil module] removed from the Super Sledge fit on other legendary Super Sledge? And every time I switch to a [no-upgrade] or [stun pack], Even though my pack contains [Heating Coil Module], I still need to spend material again to rebuild [Heating Coil]. Why is this? I have tried reinstalling the game and "steam" verifying the integrity of the game and starting a new game and it still does this. Is there any way to fix this? Or is this a bug in the underlying code of the game?

    I tried turning off all mods, but after idling the game for a few minutes; the screen still won't start spinning.
