  1. I've always loved the dwemer ruin names. I just recently started playing Morrowind again, with a friend, and I asked him where Nchuleftingth for the Mage Guild quest was, again. It kinda freaked me out how such a word became ingrained in my vocabulary. I never really had that much nicknames. I did call every imperial male the same, what with their non-stop two-word latin -us-ending guarcrap. Though there was a lot of recurring french pastries in my game slang... primarilly Blade leader Caius Croissant, and the might blade, the Daedric Croissant. And ofcourse, I call Divayth Fyr "Divvy", but he's down with that.
  2. Akatosh may not be a dragon, as he is, in fact, a god. But in the answer to Walmarteater's question (on... december 11, but ahh well): The statue in Ebonheart, if not every depiction of dragons in every Imperial settlement in Vvardenfel, is a depiction of the god Akatosh, chief god of the nine divines. It's just the Tamriel counterpart of hanging a crusified Jesus statue above ones bed. I don't say that there are no dragons in Tamriel, but reading the description Wasder gave about their disapearance, it seems very likely that Bethesda just wrote them out, in favor of the concept of just one dragon: Akatosh, dragon of time. And, storywise, I hope you can all agree with me. Dragons, as the awesome, mysterious creatures they are, would get pretty boring if they were as common as a guar.
