  1. Quite the late reply, but the only things I could think of are: -The quest objective isn't properly displayed. (I highly doubt that, but since it's the only condition... you know.) -Try turning "Begin OnActivate" into "Begin OnActivate Player", that way, only the player can actually activate it. -Just to see if the script is properly working, insert the command "ShowMessage" with a message attached somewhere in the script. That way you can easily see if the script works. Try putting it at the bottom first and if it doesn't work, move it up one line at a time until the message shows up in game.
  2. The "regular" Creation Kit seems to work somewhat for me. It's prone to freezing and crashes occasionally, but the 32 bit version crashes as soon as I start it, even before I can select a plugin.
  3. First off: not endorsing killing kids here, just for the sake of tragic story mods where you might have to put a kid out of her misery (like what I'm doing). Bumping an ancient thread here ecause the tricks described above don't seem to work in New Vegas -,-
  4. It sounds like you might be using stereo files. GECK should always be fed mono WAV files (preferably 16-bit), use a freeware program like GoldWave and it's easy-peasy.
  5. Does the same count for adding scripts to NPC's? Because I'm trying to make a follower with the ability to summon a ghost, and everytime I try to add the ghost script to the spectral form, CK crashes as soon as I hit "add script"
  6. For those experiencing the "no sound at all" bug, I believe a possible solution MIGHT be to create a new VOICETYPE for your radio station, and make sure to insert RadioHello first in the Radio tab while making the quest and having NOTHING in the LINK FROM box on the right hand of the tab and that you select the desired playlist in the LINK TO tab in the tab for RadioHello. Don't know if it's the ultimate solution, but it worked for me. But I've been having a problem myself as well (please help), whenever I start up the radio, it plays a random song from playlist 1... then plays it AGAIN, moves on to a random song in playlist 2, repeats that song and so on (same song played twice in every cycle). I have tried turning on the Random, Run Immediately and the Goodbye boxes, but the problem persists. I have everything in .wav in 1411 kbps. Don't know if it's mono or stereo (but I'm guessing that shouldn't matter on a PIP-Boy radio) (Sorry for dusting up an old thread, but I can't find an answer anywhere else.) EDIT: fixed the problem with the same song repeating twice in the same cycle: it was actually the stereo-configuration. My theory is that the two tracks which are normally merged into one by mp3 players aren't merged by the game itself. So, if you're experiencing the problem, convert the .wav files to mono, it might fix the problem.
  7. If you have a running ENB, make sure you turn ON HDR in the game launcher
