If it helps, they seem to only delete themselves when I kill people. I haven't tried it more on hostile people, but they tend to delete themselves when I kill friendlies.

I've had this problem before and it resolved itself, but now it's come back and I have no clue how to fix it anymore. Basically, at the worst point possible (i.e. I start killing all those who surround me in Megaton), my quicksaves and autosaves will decide it would be fun to disappear on me. I've found zilch using search engines for answers, and I was hoping someone would have an answer for me.
