  1. hello, I would like to change my username. suggestions on how to do this run around "create a new account", but I read rules that say multiple accounts are banned. so if an admin is reading this, will you contact me and let me know if I can change this username? I have a lot of endorsements I gave to people's mods, and this is the account a mod maker gave me permission with to make a mod based on his.
  2. (nobody answers, this post is pointless, request deletion)
  3. (useless, delete this post or ignore it)
  4. Allow me to introduce you to Culuf. http://i.imgur.com/4GR7THx.png http://i.imgur.com/PwRuo7h.png http://i.imgur.com/sR4qniE.png http://i.imgur.com/AFzgEew.jpg http://i.imgur.com/WvU94fx.jpg http://i.imgur.com/8dJPu6o.png http://i.imgur.com/oovcypT.png http://i.imgur.com/larg9rt.png Clothes look ridiculous, yes. But that is because I'm keeping this PG on this public board. I would really like to play as a race like this. In fact, I can provide a mod maker with any type of image request for model purposes. She is a teenager, but there are male versions too, children and adult male and female. Lets not reduce this to "ayyy lmao".
  5. I can't use Familiar Faces because I have ECE and RaceMenu is required (RaceMenu screws up my characters made with ECE). If I clone my player character by typing: player.placeatme 00000007 1 Then I'm able to take written down presets from another character, use showracemenu, and create that other character. This allows me to travel around with a character that has the appearance of one from another save. Unfortunately, reloading any save with that clone automatically turns them into one of the exact same appearance as my current player character. The name changes too. Makes sense since it's a clone, but I need to just create random characters that I have control of in the race menu. I'm very familiar with the Creation Kit too, and how to make followers, but they don't really turn out well and tend to cause the cells where I place them to crash. That's why I'm looking for an alternative.
  6. I noticed that in the race menu, my vampire's eyes are simply one color. Changing the eye slider (I have ECE) really doesn't do anything but switch between the exact same color. I need a mod that allows vampire player characters to have full range of the eye selection menu D:<
  7. Well, I have 17 .esm's and I tried LOOT once. Apparently if you rearrange .esm's, Skyrim won't even display options on the starting screen. Continue, Load, etc. I spent an entire night arranging 251 .esm's and .esp's according to Wrye Bash on my saves after that little fiasco. Sure I could post my load order, but there are some that I'm not sure if the Nexus permits mentioning. Some came from LL, such as SexLab.esm has no perv mods attached to it so won't function for that purpose. But it does do something fascinating: It allows a full character viewing if you click on an NPC in console. BaseID, PRID, level, health, magicka, fighting style and more. Well my point is that if I'm allowed to post my load order of mods outside of the Nexus like LL and other sources, I will. I really have no perv mods, though the "private needs" mod is questionable because I prefer immersion and all that eating.. They should have to go to the bathroom >_>
  8. I have tried very many things. Safe load, the memory allocation method for SKSE (and firstborn to Seshon), decrease that grass mod, editing my skyrim.ini file so that trees are not animated and tree draw distance is less (more pixelated, less graphic), changing shadow settings to low, using Wrye Bash to make sure my saves aren't corrupt, BOSS for my load order which also says there are no warnings or errors, and TES5Edit to clean the UDRs and ITMs of each and every mod. STILL, I get CTDs from running around outside in exterior cells and EVERY single time I exit Lakeview Manor. I have to rely on reloading an autosave outside Lakeview after the crash. I am using Skyrim Performance Monitor, not even NMM to execute SKSE and play Skyrim. I also use SaveTool to fix unwanted script instances so unused scripts aren't lingering around in my save games. Still doesn't help. Is there no CTD determining software for Skyrim? I mean from what I've been reading for years, this game is pretty CTD heavy. I have Python logging enabled, but it doesn't seem to tell me what's causing this. Or maybe it is and I can't make sense of it.
  9. The most interesting quest to me from years of playing Skyrim has always been the murder of Susanna the Wicked from Candlehearth Hall. But Skyrim and most quest mods don't give you much choice other than "kill kill KILL!". I've even resorted to a bat friend file as console command because I'm sick of killing things in this game. I'd like to create a Sherlock Holmes looking character and solve murder mysteries all over Skyrim. If there were any murder mysteries.. I'm looking to see if anyone wants to create some, or if you know of mods out there already about this subject.
  10. Same here, my FPS stays steady ever since I set shadows to low and trees not animated. My CTDs never happen indoors though. See how CPU and GPU % is jacked blasting all over the place? In interior cells, all buildings, it's not like that. It's actually fairly steady with only some spikes. This has to do with exterior cells then. Thanks, just did and I'll report back as soon as work is over and I've had a chance to test my Skyrim :D EDIT: Nope, still getting CTDs in external cells.
  11. As you can see, my memory really isn't suffering much at all, neither is VRAM and total VRAM is steady. GPU degrees stay steady at well. Nothing overheating. FPS is steady. It's just my GPU and CPU are jacked. GPU suffers most, with readings up to 99%. I think as soon as it reaches 100%, that could mean the CTDs? I've considered Skyrim Project Optimization, but that's for interior cells. My CTDs happen in exterior cells. I'm using Tropical Skyrim and ELFX. But also Safe Load, and so many other anti-CTD tricks over the years I can't even begin to remember them all. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33017/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27043/? I even went into the .ini and fixed trees animation to off, tree draw distance was changed. It seemed less CTDs, but they still keep happening. And I have in the skse.ini : [NotPlacebo] GiveFirstBornToSheson=1 I'm running 254 mods at the moment. All are BOSS-checked and personally cleaned in TES5Edit. If anybody needs the full list, let me know. http://s13.postimg.org/upz94dgrb/CPUGPUis_Death.jpg
  12. Ah, well let me know when you're finished? I may just message you in time :D Hmm. I've already known about bat console commands, as I use the "bat friend" console command that does that. As I said originally: I require a spell that does the following: StopCombatSetRelationShipRank Player 4AddToFaction 0005A1A4 4AddToFaction 0005C84D 4SetPlayerTeamMate 1This is a bat file (.txt) that I use called "friend". I was looking to have it turn into a spell so that I don't have to type "bat friend" into the console for immersion purposes.
  13. I require a spell that does the following: StopCombatSetRelationShipRank Player 4AddToFaction 0005A1A4 4AddToFaction 0005C84D 4SetPlayerTeamMate 1This is a bat file (.txt) that I use called "friend".Whenever I want an animal or enemy NPC to be friendly, I click on them in console and type "bat friend".I have long since grown tired of hacking and slashing (or burning, freezing and shocking) Skyrim enemies. Not killing is a welcome change of pace. However, this would be a lot more immersive for passive playthroughs if that could be a spell instead of a bat file. (Which means I don't know how to make such a spell myself in the CK.)
  14. I think I'm over a month late to reply to this topic, but this is a pretty awesome idea. There is a mod out already called "Growing Up in Skyrim" that does this to a point. It grows children. However, I'm not sure how it works if you don't have RS Children Overhaul? Probably better? Children NPCs grow strange off texture faces and are suddenly orphaned all around Skyrim when they grow, besides the basic Hearthfires orphans of course (who were already orphaned). The mod works pretty well for player characters, using RS Children Overhaul. If an experienced modder would step in and help work out the minor bugs for Growing Up in Skyrim, then I suppose they could apply the changes to a new mod for Hearthfires adopted children. With RSCO, my adopted girls are pretty and with Dovakinder Collection Replacer - Royal Child, they (obviously) look like royalty. So I suppose for teenage races, a modder experienced with beautification could make them beautiful. Eventually as my character is around level 80 and becomes the elderly race, I would like my daughters to be full grown and moved into any of my many random homes with husbands of their own. To make NPCs move into places, I use the mod "My Home is Your Home". I'd suggest to make teenagers, male and female, and adults beautiful, to use the Inhabitants of Skyrim race presets mod.
  15. Hmm, how far along are you now? As far as French translators go, I have learned that Bing translator is a bit more accurate than Google translate. That is, aside from discerning between feminine and masculine on certain languages. Why not translate to English with Bing and then pass along transcripts for a fluent English speaker to look over? I can very easily glance it over myself and correct mistakes, without knowing French. Then all you would have to do is find English speaking voice actors, possibly volunteers looking to build their resumes. I'm sure finding a french to english translating voice actor would be a bit more difficult.
  16. Greetings mod detectives. I know this has been answered before, but not exactly to my liking. See, that mod was for player characters. I don't play as a High Elf / Altmer, so that's completely not needed. But having played Skyrim since it's release, first on console then on PC, I first liked the High Elves. They were arrogant. It made me laugh. After all this time though, even being a completely law abiding citizen (besides heading the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild).. ..well.. I can't stop murdering High Elves unprovoked. That yellow skin.. it's horrible. It grew on my nerves. Someone help me out and stop the madness? Err, natural skin tones for all High Elf NPC's please.
  17. Somebody work with jedimembrain and make this a custom race ASAP! It seems there are no monkey races for Skyrim, either Imga or Tang Mo :( There's an Imga follower on the Nexus though, if anyone wants to work with that too.
  18. I'm looking for two types of animations. First, I think that jumping in the air while flapping your arms animation looks pretty silly in Skyrim. I'd like to replace that. Second, after downloading FNIS mod for animations, the attack readiness animation is gone from vanilla Skyrim. I don't know why that is, but all characters in my game are gliding in T-pose with weapons drawn. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, Saadia does it on the 2nd floor of the Bannered Mare for the quest "In My Time of Need" I need a mod for that too, one that adds combat readiness animation (NOT while sprinting, just standing). (Basically, when any character draws a weapon in my game, they look ridiculous because of FNIS)
  19. I'm able to edit the heck out of the NPCs in the Creation Kit as much as I want. I created replacers for all vampires using Inhabitants of Skyrim Presets. (And so vampires can be fed upon and healed as well.) But apparently, I can't create followers. I get some strange message about missing meshes, and then wherever I place them.. That location becomes an immediate CTD location if I enter the cell. I'm trying to recreate my main player character so a secondary player can marry them, and vice-versa. But it's really proving difficult. Is anyone familiar with this problem?
  20. The mods don't necessarily have to be created (if they already exist). But if you're not sure what Ryoko from the anime series "Tenchi Muyo" looks like, then Google images might help you out. She had this light-blue spiked hair that was all over the place, and yellow eyes with black slits. I know someone would have to create her unique outfit if I wanted that, but eh.. I don't care so much. Wait.. here's a picture: http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd69/contractagency/191551_zpsee6d55aa.jpg I'm just interested in finding light-blue spiked hair and yellow eyes with black slits for female races. Her magic too. She has so many powers, though a dragonball-z mod I have seems pretty close to the ki-blasts that she let out of her hands. She had kind of a whole-body circular (orb) force-field that worked like Ward spells to deflect blasts. And her lazer sword. I suppose I could find some kind of light-saber mod? Anyway, light-blue spiked hair and yellow black-slitted eyes!
  21. Well, as least I don't have to worry about the whole "ash pile" situation, as there's some mod out there (Necromancy 101?) I can't quite recall what it's called, but thralls that die don't turn to ash unless you put garlic into their inventory. I noticed as well that the reanimated thrall seems alive after loading a new cell sometimes. No blue glowing effects, and looks like the original NPC. The unfortunate part is you can't talk to them, ever. I like to purchase homes all across Skyrim (Hearthfire helps with this).. ..Just for the sake of giving "exiled" NPCs a new home (My Home is Your Home mod). Along with Cicero I kept Vittoria Vici & Mirabelle Ervine alive, and sent random vampires to live in that one Blood waterfall cavern. It's hard to feel for Dawnguard vampires, given how bloody ugly they are. So right now I'm working on tediously making all Dawnguard affected vampires less "Buffy transformation". I do this by going into the game, creating a character of the same race, and "spf 01" into the console. Then I go back to the Creation Kit and Import the NPC file 01.npc, making necessary changes. Neon green lips with interpolation slider all the way to the right for "texture mismatch" problem solving, and upper eye socket interpolation slider all the way to the left to remove that dark forehead thing. Eventually I'll be done. :mwahahaha: I'm just not sure which beautification mods affected all the changes. (I'm sure none of this has much relevance. I tend to ramble.)
  22. Actually, all I'm interested in is those "scripted as dead, no matter what" NPCs I find throughout the game. You know, those that don't come back to life using either "resurrect" or "recycleactor" in the console? My character (this makes me sound a little less crazy?) feels bad for them, so wants to return them to life. Yes.. I know I've slaughtered many in the name of the Stormcloaks and the Dark Brotherhood. Not to mention the countless bandits that are just trying to survive, and here I am raiding their homes. So much hypocrisy.. *facepalm*
  23. I've tried so many glowing eye mods that promise the sky. For some reason, my character sticks with the orange glow no matter what I try. So many .dds files that supposedly change the glow color, but it never works. I hate that orange glow. I just want to get rid of the Dawnguard vampiric eye glow forever. My Nord looks much better than my original Ningheim when he's at "setrace nordrace", but looks completely ridiculous with "setrace nordracevampire". And.. I want (someone who's capable) to completely eliminate the "Buffy the Vampire slayer" ugly face from all vampires. There are many mods to fix it for the player character, but I mean especially NPCs. This is because I had a beautiful vampire fledgling follower, but she became hideous with Dawnguard. I just had to put her down. I'm willing to go all the way back before playing through three DLCs if I could just eliminate vampire ugly face on NPCs. ;_;
  24. It doesn't exist. I've looked extensively through Steam and the Nexus. But I do have terrible eyesight.. Anyway, there's Face Shop: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27785//? I believe it may export an .npc file that you can then work from in the CK with your particular NPC. Frankly, I found your topic because I'm mad at the whole "only the face" situation in the NPC Editor. But every time I try to create exactly what I can do in game, they come out ugly pre-Skyrim The CK has previews for the body.. but creating an .esp for that character just causes my game to crash unless I remove it.. and don't use the .esp. So I check the NPC Editor and it says "missing mesh file". Really? Isn't the CK supposed to create that? I'm banging my head against a wall over here trying to figure out how to create new followers..
