Hiya i'm having a strange problem with the wooden platforms at Karthspire, the textures look horrifying and I cant find what file it is too replace... Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what the name of the texture is so I can replace it? There was a previous topic made about this problem but it seemed to go unsolved, I have reinstalled all my texture mods... including the official texture packs... The landscape and architectural texture mods I have to memory are... Skyrim HD Skyrim realistic Overhaul Serious HD Noble Skyrim So I would really just like to know the name of the file. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks. Ps. Just tried it again using your advice, checked out the colours of the right most column... the text is yellow (conflict but wins) the background is a lightish pink.... i assume it is red as theres no pink in the index (conflict). In game however theres no change whatsoever... reinstalled the character assets meshes like the heads etc. from the mod but hasnt changed a thing. :sad: Also the patch is below the mods in the lowest possible order.

Hey thanks for the reply and the help, I tried making a patch with TES5Edit but it still doesnt make a difference :-/ I made sure that the last column was green (which apparently to the tutorial I was reading means it's the conflict winner). Not sure if I did it right but I'm pretty sure I followed the tutorial correctly... Also I've redownloaded and installed the mod a few times so I think I have everything, got all the patches out there for what I have too. :-/ These face tints are the bane of my existence. lol EDIT: I have just realised that this problem isnt the same as the grey face... as it isnt grey, it's a kind a lighter brown texture to the darker brown body. I have a screenshot I was gonna put up but it's not letting me attach it to the post....

Hey, I've recently noticed that I have a rather (I think) unique issue with RS Children... The problem is all the children look fine besides one... Alesan the Redguard child from Dawnstar. I used to have this problem with all the male Redguard children but i managed to fix it for Kayd in Solitude, but I just cant fix Alesan. Basically it seems he is affected by the grey face bug (his face is a different colour to his body, like white) I have tried exporting his facegen through CK numerous times with almost every mod that is connected to RS Children and have no luck. I have also started a new game, changed his weight and disable/enabled him....reinstalled the mod, even put the mod really low in the load order but it's just not changing... I posted a comment on the mods page but got no replies. I'm at my wits end, has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway to fix it? I can post my load order and take a screenshot if needed. Thanks in advance for any help received, I appreciate it.

Hiya I couldnt figure out how to clear the mods but I used BOSS to reorganize my load order and its made it worse... Im now getting a Oblivion:Oblivion.exe application error everytime I open the main gate to Cheydinhal, the error message says this : " the instruction at 0x00776dba referenced memory at 0x00000000 the memory could not read." :(

Aww ok I cave in lol, I will try to use BOSS again just gotta edit the lower portion of the load order because those mods wont work if they are not where they are. Thank you so much for your help, hopefully this fixes my problem. Hope you get your problem solved.

Hey thanks for the reply, I dont use boss as I cant get along with it :P and also I dont know how to clean dirty edits... I downloaded tes4edit and looked at how to clean dirty edits but it seems very complicated... I dont know what mods to clean or not clean and I dont want to make my problem worse :(

Hey guys, I have this really annoying problem with my game that I have had for a while now, I have tried to fix it myself but nothing seems to work... either that or I just dont know enough about the problem to be able to fix it. My problem is with Cheydinhal... whenever I enter the city or even attempt to my game always crashes and I mean *always* this means I cant continue with the questline for the dark brotherhood among other things... its pretty game breaking, I suspect it may be to do with my load order or perhaps better cities? I dont know. Either way I was hoping someone could help me with this issue? I will post my load order down below if anyone would like to look through it. Hiya im making a large house mod with a back story of a former servant who resided in the house... I wanted to make a ghostly servant quite similar to the vanilla eyja servant, but cant find any help as to how to do it on the internet. I also need help with another thing similar- on how to make my pet wolves wander around... Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! I just need a small walkthrough on how to make the servant have her own dialog and serve food/ drinks..... And also the wander ai for the pets. Thanks

Hi i just made a house mod in the shivering isles just outside of crucible near xirethard ruin, but around the area theres a lot of floating grass in the sky and invisible land which i can walk on but its not there all i did was do a bit of landscaping as i was following a tutorial... I removed the mod but the problems still there, i moved the dlc down the Load order which cleared up a bit of it but the problem is still there.... Anyone know how i can fix this??? Any help with this is appreciated

i still cant fix this problem........ i dont want to have top go through another reinstall i've already had to do it twice already .... is there anything else i can do or does anyone know what the problem may be?

I tried doing the quests on another save already and it didnt make a difference also i didnt just disable the mods i removed the esps altogether.... I have used boss before but i choose not to use it as i know the order to keep most things working perfectly alongside eachother and boss generally mess's it up which is rather irritating, im good at managing my load order myself just cant figure it out... My oblivions been running funny for a couple of weeks now, crashing after about half an hour non stop and freezing occasionally and even the textures and meshes are funny such as black and pink, and the missing mesh marker appears. I do archive invalidation a lot but it doesnt seem to make much of a difference, althiugh this doesnt bother me much... Just want to play the shivering isles quests, i will move the ob esm on top i dont even know why it has moved lol

Okay i have just started another playthrough of shivering isles and for some reason in the lady of paranoia none of the npcs will speak to me at all , i go up to them and press the button to speak to them but it doesnt do anything, its likw there working like activators as it doesnt initialize the dialog box at all, and some of the npcs i need To speak to the torture option wont come up so i can only spare them.... Bit Most of them i cant speak to at all.... I have no idea why or how to fix it i have tried certain things but It just doesnt work i would rather not use the console as i want to play the quest and i aldo dont know if other npcs will do that... Rhis also happens with cutter and other quest important npcs in shivering isles... Can anyone help me?? Any help will be most appreciated

I found a script which relates to vampires, was wondering if i could find the reactions in there and if i could just edit out that part or maybe change it so they like you abit more, not for the cheat just because of intimidation and the fact that vampires are supposed to be seductive and beguiling... Plus... So i dont get shanked everywhere i go. (i prefer anne rices sensual vampires and classical vampire lore rather than bethesdas grotesquely disfigured monstrosities that every one hates ) i heard that your good at scripting war rats and was wondering if you could help me go about it. :-)

I may be able to help you im pretty good with the CS i can manage my own load order and im running hundreds of mods and they work perfectly and generally if i do get problems i always find a way to work around them i have made quite a lot of mods for my personal usage and i can make textures decently and convert textures, i have a high understanding of gimp and photoshop and moderate experience with blender and nifskope...... but just making sure whats going to be needed, could you tell me what it involves and how many days you have to be working on it? otherwise i would be happy to help, i've been waiting for an opportunity like this to come up for a while.

Thats fine i made the save for testing purposes anyway so it hasnt messed with anything , and yeah i did set pcvampire to 1... its such a shame this mod is brilliant but its so god damn buggy, i will those two things but i also might try setting the pcvampire to 4 also... and yes i did mean lvling up in vampirism i cant seem to get past 50 mark i get no more dreams edit: ok this hasnt worked either when i set it to pcvampire 4 it somehow gave me 125 vampirism with two vampirism effects 1 vampirism 100 the other vampirism 25, so i decided to try the other things which didnt work either... and then tried to remove vampirism altogether then get it back but that didnt work either and conceal nature doesnt want to work properly for me, is there anyway to just remove the reactions from the script ??? would be so much simpler then i wouldnt have to deal with it again ......

Thing is with that is i also cant lvl up im stuck and i dont get any nightmares damn it i want my power back lol and lanceor its okay dude :) i really need to sort this out guys

Cant wait for that mod to come out, would it be compatible with scantis vampire race disabler or lithians mod? If you need any help im pretty good at certain things... EDIT Ok well it didnt work some of them still attack me and i lost most of my powers and cant get them back.... cant i just remove the reaction part of the global variable in the CS? its really annoying and i would like to do away with it in my game, or is there any mod that tweaks the variable to remove that part of it? its really annoying me i just want it gone :-(

Im not asking about that.... As i said my character is only *VAMPIRISM LVL 25* im asking if i can remove the reaction off the npcs completely. as the only way i can stop this from happening to my character is to remove the mod but i want to use it. Im asking if anyone can help me make my own mod to remove the vampire reaction from the npcs in general?
