Yes it did answer your question - that is the method to 'start from scratch' with the caveat that Vortex won't touch anything not installed via Vortex. The answer you got in the other thread did answer your question but I posted that link above because it gives a 'fuller' explanation including some things to be aware of. I don't know what's causing the issues in the error log, unfortunately - I've never played CP2077. Why did you even say anything then? It's quite obvious the user tried the method you suggested and it doesn't work. I am having the exact same issue, would be nice to get a response by someone who knows what they are talking about.
