Okay, I haven't played Skyrim in a while but since Dawnguard is coming out in a month, I decided to start up a new game. I know it's a shadow bug of some kind because this only happens when there is supposed to be a shadow (it's worse outside. Flickering shadows everywhere). At the moment, I think it might have been the recent patch since I'm running with an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT from AMD and I've heard people are getting screwed with, but that's all I know.
