I'm having the same issue. There are a few over in this thread who have reported this issue. Hopefully a solution is found soon!

I'm having the exact same issue. Game at Patch 6 (Haven't updated to Patch 7 yet) and haven't updated any mods to Patch 7. The game was working fine few hours earlier. The BG3 Vortex Extension got updated to 1.5.1 and all the mods get disabled when launching. Not sure what can be done here?
