That's the mod index column in MO2 right?

So I've been seeing a bunch of new NPCs around, mainly of beast races, but I recently met a Dunmer (Eveylana) and a Breton (Roxelle) in New Gnisis Corner Club (along with Beeele the Argonian). I'm stumped because I don't have 3DNPC or Interesting NPCs installed. I've also looked through my recently installed mods and still haven't figured it out. Is it possible to maybe use their RefIDs to figure out what mods they're from? Anyways, here's my mods list.
