Whenever I walk near Arcwind Point my game just closes itself and goes to desktop. I've been using the greybeards to get shouts and they led me to arcwind and I would like to keep using them to locate shouts. I used SSE Edit to clean whatever files needed cleaning. I've been searching to find if anyone else has had problem with fixes but I couldn't find a fix. I haven't had any other issues with my playthrough this far except this. I installed rudy enb with urwl, just the regular setting. I have all the prerequisites to each mod I am running and patches for compatibility, everything was working perfectly fine before I installed this enb. Everything that is on mcm works, but for example my hdt body physics are disabled, animations for fnis won't register on the fnistoolforusers or whatever the name is. I've tried uninstalling all of my mods and reinstalling them to no avail. I've tried looking online to see if anyone has had these problems, and I can't find what I'm looking for. As the title says I have negative shout timers. I also figured out that Player.setav shoutrecovermult 20 sets my cooldowns to 0 setting the multiplier to 21 puts them all down to normal cooldown. I would just like a permanent solution to the problem and not type in the console every time I don't want broken cooldowns. Also this bug occurred right after I installed "More perk points per level and dragon souls to perk points" by DarkenDe. Any help with this would be appreciated and thanks in advance. I also uninstalled it to see if it would make a difference, it didn't.
