I'm volunteering since I've used the Nexus heavily for years (had to recreate my account once), though I can't offer full time on it (need to save time for job hunting). I've got no idea what the site architecture is, but I've done clustered scaling for sites up to the millions of users, > 100K non-peak daily visitors sites as sole engineer. I'm primarily an Apache, Perl & Ruby/Rails, load balancers, and PostgreSQL type, but a lot of the problems are similar for other platforms.
