  1. In response to post #45616940. Hey Virological, Before this whole game of due to one person working on the team, how about you think of all the work the others put in? Cheers
  2. The easiest thing to do would be to just reuse the vanilla sand normal map, but if you want it to look good get the photoshop Nvidia plugin (if you have photoshop) or get Crazybump, it is free for the first 30 days but worth every penny afterwards.
  3. That seems to be a problem with your normal or specular map. Try copying your specular (the texture_m) into the alpha channel of your normal map (texture_n) and saving that.
  4. Just because he is banned, does not make the files public domain. They are still his and thusly you would need his permission. You can only include them with his blessing, and reaching him is probably unlikely so I'd just say to remove the parts from his work from your mod.
  5. Go to the Cell where Belethor is, and look into the void. In the void you will find a chest just chilling there, add your item into that chest and he will now sell it :)
  6. IF you are making videos you should probaly just fork out the 10 bucks for a really cheap game pad
  7. There is a feature for that ingame... just hold down the camera button and move the mouse about and it orbits fully around your character. If that is not enough type "tfc" (without quotes) into the console commands, and you can town down the speed by entering "sucsm" 3 (the lower the number, the slower the camera is, and vise versa)
  8. Answer 1: All the scripts from every mod you ever downloaded (providing it had scripts) goes into the script folder. The only way to see which is your is by checking in the CK Answer 2: Yes, all scripts go there so it will then be jumbled up Answer 3: Work on one project at a time. A simple trick, which is great for beginners, is to have a fresh install so that only your created stuff is there. Once you are done with your mod you can go to your script folder and just rename from "Scripts" to something like "scripts_MyMod01" This only really works if just your scripts were in the script folder and it now means that they won't load in game but It keeps it clean. This trick also works for anything not just scripts, you could do it with things like meshes too. Or once your mod is done just generate a BSA via the CK which will automaticly pack only your stuff for the mod into a neat little bundle! Hope this helps :)
  9. Don't know about fallout but back in the good old days of skyrim you had to go to the items Aias tab and select "Quest Item" in the top right corner.
  10. Hey guys, just adding the final touches to my mod and I have encountered a very annoying problem. I have custom dialogue that needs a .lip file which I am having trouble generating. I am using the designated 32 bit version, and I go in select the dialogue, select the lines click on .wav and hit generate. It loads for two seconds but never actually generates the file. Any one know how to help?
  11. You obviously have no actual idea about swords, or how to use them. You can easily have the sword on your back and unsheath it and sheath it again. When unsheathing the sheath is not strapped to your back but slinged to it, so when you pull forward the sheath rides up over your shoulder making it far easier to pull out. Sheathing it again is a bit unpractical but you just need to push the sheath up from below with your left hand and position it and let it glide in with your right. And as for having it on your back you can not have a Claymore attached to your hip due to the blade being too long, you would not be able to walk without it dragging into the ground :)
