Fallout: London
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to SupermassiveBlackHole's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
Hello! Never heard of hellgate :D But a monty python reference or easter egg would be nice. I'll make a note of that since I've recently became a fan of Monty Python! Cheers. -

Hello again, I'm currently using Blender. Thank you for the offer but I'll pass, as great as your models look I'd rather make everything myself so it'll be even more of an accomplishment. Thanks a lot though! :) -

Thank you :) An Australian based mod would be pretty awesome! The Sydney opera house would be an immense place to hold a war. Thanks! :) I have a hell of a lot of experience with the GECK so the GECK work is coming along fast. I'm still learning with Blender though. Scotland would be another great place. And yeah maybe, that would be pretty cool :P Thanks! Thank you :) I'm hoping to do this solo though as it would be an even greater achievement. I will of course will have to fall back onto the awesome Nexus community for help and ideas though. Cheers :) -

Thanks! I chose London as it's such a cliché, in a good way though. Notable landmarks and history have to play big part in my opinion, and that is something London has plenty of. Thanks for the feedback. In TV and Movies it's usually because Hollywood usually pitches at the average american, and the average american always associates England with Europe because the culture is the closest to the States. If you want to see media representations of the other places in Europe, buy a European movie =] Love the idea of the mod. Maybe when it's a little closer to being complete I could contribute something as I do find the idea of a ruined westminster or buckingham palace intruiging. Looking forwards to screenshots and the like. Thanks! I've drawn up some concept art of a heavy fortified Buckingham palace which looks pretty nice. I'll upload an image soon. Thanks for the replies. -

Anything shareable? XD Must be after 4 years. *grins* Aha yes! I'll rephrase it then, it's my first ever public mod in four years. Thank you for the endorsement! I'll be putting a few pictures of some concept armor and a screenshot of my first model. Haha, glad to hear. I was surprised nobody has taken a mod set in England on, there's so much to work with! Thanks but I will be doing this solo, but suggestions would be nice! Thanks for the replies. -
Edit: I'm closing this account as I have new one. This thread will be ported over to the new account as this one will be closed. Thank you.

The sites have been slow for me lately.
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to Lateralizm's topic in Site Support
I'm having the same problem. The speed seems to vary between different times of the day though. Download speeds are fine though. -
Welcome to the forums Sergiroth. I'm sure with your humor and modding experience you'll fit in fine here.

Kissing Animation
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to someguynamedjoe's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Ideas
I believe it has already been done, after seeing numerous screen shots with characters kissing. I'm not sure what the name of the mod is though. -
Deleting your own thread.
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to SupermassiveBlackHole's topic in Site Support
Ah, well when you put it that way I guess it seems likely it won't ever become a function for the public. Like you said, people trying to cover up their tracks *shakes fist at the trolls* Thanks for replying. -
I've created a new world space. I've created the height mapping for it and everything. It seems perfect in the GECK, but when I try to travel there in-game via console commands It won't load, it just comes to the loading screen and well.. loads. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Cheers.

Deleting your own thread.
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to SupermassiveBlackHole's topic in Site Support
Right, okay thanks guys :) Perhaps it could be a feature to be implemented for premium members? It would be nice to have control of your threads as well as your file comments, to a degree of course; deleting comments of people who just object your opinion or whatever would be biased and could result in you losing the right to control your thread as well. Thanks for replying. -
Hi, Just wondering if it is possible to delete your own thread? Cheers.

Why did the Wastelander cross the road? To get to the other side. *BADUM DUM TSSH* -
Hello, I was just wondering if it were possible for someone to make a health indicator in the style of the latest Call of Duty games. Basically, I find the health bar boring and annoying. Blood splatters over the screen would be much more interesting. Thanks for reading. (If this mod has been made already please could you link me to it. Cheers.)

Filter suggestion and Armor gender catagories.
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to SupermassiveBlackHole's topic in Site Support
Sorry for this relatively late reply. Thanks for your reply. I've downloaded your file, cheers :) But it would have been pretty cool if the nexus database allowed people to tag the gender of their clothing and armor mods  -
As I browse through the nexus data base I regularly stumble upon pictures and mods containing very revealing clothing and armor, having this on my screen would not look good if my parents or brother were to come in. My suggestion is to make a "Strict", "Moderate" and "Turn Off" filter options. Strict would hide nudity and reavling pictures and mods. Moderate would hide just nudity. Turning it off would give you access to all of them. My next suggestion is to catagorise armor mods depending on their genders. Male, Female, and Unisex. It's kinda' annoying having to look for a decent armor mod when the majority of them are female, when I'm looking for male armor. Thanks for reading. Please point out any errors I've made or how I can improve these suggestions. Cheers.

I cracked Oblivion!
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to SupermassiveBlackHole's topic in Oblivion's Mod troubleshooting
Thanks for posting, The copy of Oblivion (GOTY Edition) wasn't a steam version, or had a code or anything on it. So, using steam seems to be out of the question. Also, I don't think Bethesda will do repairs for discs anymore, or refund the disc. I'll try repairing the disc myself, if that fails I'll have to buy it again. Luckily, CD2 is fine, so I won't have to buy another GOTY edition. Thanks for the replys. -
Hi, I'm having a problem with the Landscape editing tool. It won't let me apply any new ground textures to the land in a few cells I've been editing. I try to apply a texture but nothing happens. And at the corner of the cell it doesn't blend into the next one (picture should explain it clearer). Thanks in advance.

NEED MOD HELP!!
SupermassiveBlackHole replied to shaunramsam's topic in Oblivion's Mod troubleshooting
You need to patch it. Mods built on a patched construction set won't appear in-game, if the game isn't patched. You can download the patch here. Good luck. -
Yes, the title misleading but I've cracked it, literally. My disc is cracked :( I have the game installed but I can't play it as it requires the disc. My computer won't read it. I don't want to fork out another £15-20 (right now, anyway). So, is there any ways I can play Oblivion without the need of the disc, legally? (No CD cracks are out of the question as they're illegal, and will get me banned.) Cheers for reading.
