  1. I don't get why the latest download doesn't update this esm file, reading around it seems they want us to patch it ourselves via wyrebash or using the .jar patcher included in the tr_data download. But the patcher just hangs and I cant figure out wyremash for the life of me. Anyone have a link to a TR_mainland.esm that is already cleaned/working?
  2. Loose files overwrite the archives, if you want to see if it works you can just take a texture and put it in a loose file path, then open it up with an editing program like gimp and just paint it all pink then see if it works in game.
  3. They are at least according to it, my game is 253 mods right now. So I don't expect everything to work 100%. Considering though I don't have any problems crashing and any problems that I do run into I can fix quickly enough trying to find a problem mod or messing around in /data. But no matter what I do, I cannot figure out what would be causing animations for this transformation to not play at all. I was hoping someone who knows a lot about animations might know what to play around with to get the animations working. I thought If i deleted the textures/mesh folder for vampire lords it would revert to vanilla but it just makes the transformation invisible. That's really the only thing I Could think of. Aside from that the only thing I have tried is running the game on a clean save with no mods loaded, which yielded the same results.
  4. So somehow my vampire lords transformation for myself and npcs (harkon etc...) are static with no animation in a T-pose (but arms are just at the side). I have no idea what is causing this, Removing the vampire lord folders from textures and meshes just gives me an invisible vampire lord, removing the skeleton nif doesn't seem to do anything either. Running FNIS each time I did a change and still no effect. Anyone know how I could get my vampire lord animations working? Even if it means getting back to a vanilla state, not sure how I would go about doing this tho as I have already tried deleting the 2 folder.
  5. It's a 1024x1024 texture. I'm pretty sure I can handle it. I have some 4k texture in my game aswell that work just fine. If there is nothing wrong with the textures then im really stumped.

  7. 2 gigs, but if it was a hardware problem wouldnt the textures doing this be random? It's the same exact few textures every time. Deleting the dds file associated with them fixes it for me... but I dont know how to find dds files for obscure things like floor tiles in a bathroom or a wall etc...
  8. It's not a total mess, right now I know of around 15 things in the game world with this problem. For instance the tiling around the shower in one of the bungalos in novac, wall textures in the bathroom at gammorah, etc.... If I could find the dds files associated with those textures in game, and delete them, then they should revert back to vanilla.... which is much better than the swapping bug.
  9. I've found a solution, deleting dds files associated with the problem textures fixes it (reverts them to vanilla textures). I was able to do this for things like tin cans and the medical kit, but i have no idea how I am going to find the dds files for things like floor tiles or walls etc... So im guessing this is caused by corrupted textures?
  10. im at 119 mods :\ I installed EWI texture pack, then poco beuno, then NMC just now then re invalidated. Same problem with the same textures. heres my load order maybe there is a problem mod? Active Mod Files: The only thing I can think of is maybe some of the textures are corrupt? Becuase as you said they should be defaulting to vanilla textures if the path is wrong? I think there is about 20 instances of this in my game, but I have no idea how I can track down the .dds associated with that texture to see if it corrupt. For instance the tiling around the shower in bathrooms has this problem, but how would I know what .dds is controlling it to see if it is corrupt/broken?
  11. The textures are anything from tin cans, medical kits, certains walls, to certain floor tiles. So I imagine these are things added by texture packs which dont run off of esp/esm. As for Archiveinvalidation I've tried different ini settings, turning it on/off in FOMM or using other methods.

  13. I'm pretty sure this isn't the "Grey face" bug a lot of people have, it seems to ONLY be in the creation kit, and ONLY when I try to edit a NPC or create a new one. Even with only Skyrim.esm loaded. I'm really stumped The last thing I remember doing was duplicating my 1st follower ( A female wood elf) to create an orc follower. The orc seemed to have the same head color as the wood elf? and then after that all npc's i loaded up in the CK had a color mismatch of the head and body. pic related
  14. Will the nexus be supporting this game? It's most likely going to have a very large modding community comparable to NWN. And the modding/toolkit was released today with the official game release being on the 30th. It would be a shame for the go to site to be moddb or steam workshop.
  15. hmmm :( any suggested presets for a 2g VRAM card then? as far as ini's go?
