i'm not even completely sure i should be posting this in technical support but it being a bug is the only explanation i can see so yeah... Here's what happened: i realized after i picked up the ''Conditioning'' perk (The one that makes heavy armor weigh nothing when worn) that there clearly was a problem with the actual weight of my carried equipment. So after using console commands to drop every single quest item i had (even though i knew they weigh nothing it was still my best bet), i was still way overweight for what little equipment i had (Mehrune's razor, which weighs 3, is the only item that should have weighted anything), so i dropped all the rest of my stuff, including lockpicks and such, and discovered two things: First, the Falmer Helmet is either not really heavy armor (like it is actually written), or the perk is bugged for it specifically, because even when equiped it still weighs 5, while all the rest of my suit is weightless as it should be.(the rest is not Falmer equipment, come to think of it i didn't test if the Falmer armor and stuff did weigh anything...) and second, with absolutely NO item on me, i still had 6 units of encumbrance, and that was my real problem right there, on the 14 units of weight i was carrying when thinking ''that can't be right...'', 6 were actually not even real. Phantom weight... I realise it's not a big deal, 6 units is hardly bothersome when you're used to your armor weighing around 65 in total, but unless gold (which is the ONLY thing i couldn't drop) suddenly started to weight something and i'm not aware of it, this is most likely a bug, and the problem comes more from it existing and therefore being annoying than it actually making things worse...And since i couldn't find anything on the subject anywhere at all i was wondering if i might be the only one to whom this happened, and if not, if anyone figured out how to get rid of this, be it console commands or whatever... And if anyone can tell me what the deal is with the Falmer helmet i'd like that too...
