Hi guys, I'm from South East Asia. Philippines to be exact. And so are some of the first ones to reply on this thread. I just checked the site and it seems to be working now. I don't know if it's because some have reported it to the ISP or some sort of fix was done to the site but hopefully it stays fixed. In case the fix was done by the people behind Nexusmods, if you're reading this, I thank you guys. You people rock! and hopefully, the site would get fixed for users from Australia soon. I'd like to help but I honestly don't know what happened or how it got fixed or what caused it, even. If you need a temporary fix, I have a working one using kproxy (I quote the steps below) if that's even legal or allowed. If it's not, then please ignore what I said or quoted. haha.

not necessarily but I just thought it would be some sort of an improvement for the perk since it's basically a Turbo that's unaffected by Fast Times. and besides, I'm kind of role playing a drug purging, non-alcoholic, straight edge goody two-shoes from Vault 101 (using TTW) slowly descending to madness for power when he found out he can take over New Vegas and by extension, the Mojave. I haven't checked those mods out but thanks for the recommendations. Will definitely bookmark them for review. :)

I was wondering if there was a mod that completely overhauls Implant GRX that makes it kind of like that time dilation effect for Infiltrators when they use snipers in Mass Effect 2 (the Mass Effect 3 version was not dilated that much. i like the Mass Effect 2 version better). Like you would just fire from the hip to use your gun normally and then when you scope in or use iron sights, time would start dilating or slow down but only if you have the Implant GRX perk. at Level 2, maybe it would include the Spotter perk or like extend the time dilation for a full second even after you unscope. I mean, even if it's not this specific. I just find that when you use the Implant and you wipe out everybody but time is still slowed. Kind of a wasted time slowdown (am I making sense?). I tried searching but the only mods regarding Implant GRX that I found were hotkey mods. I would very much appreciate it if you point me to the right direction. Thanks to anyone who would reply!

@LostLastLife - when you download manually, open it on a new tab, the download should start immediately. If it opens on a requirement page (like on some mods that require NVSE or the like), you do the following steps: • Right click on the page and click on 'View page source' (if you're on Chrome) or something along those lines that lets you view the page source. • Find or search (using CTRL+F) the words 'www.nexusmods.com/download/' • Copy this URL (including the 6 digit number after 'download') and paste on your browser. This will result in a broken page but that's alright. What you need is the main download link. • Once the page has loaded, view the page source again. • Find or search for words again but this time, search for 'Continue with my Download' • You will then be redirected to a string of codes. Locate the string that looks like: 'http://www.nexusmods.com/[game title]/ajax/downloadfile/ ' • Paste that again on your browser and your download will commence. It might seem like a lot of work but in truth, it's just a couple of clicks and it lets you download mods for your game. For now, all we can do is be patient and wait for the ISP to fix their damn service.

@neoarcadia - hey dude, i tried the kproxy thing and the site loads but i can't seem to download via manager. an alternate solution to this is downloading manually. thanks for the tip!

seems like the common denominator is the ISP. hmmm. I will be trying to contact Sky as well. hopefully this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

No, not resolved yet unfortunately. But will try to monitor the issue as much as I can.

Alright. Thank you guys for replying. Problem is, I'm connected via LAN cable and I don't have any other options. Still, I will keep those suggestions in mind. Hopefully this gets fixed by the ISP. Again, thank you guys. I will be more vigilant in my topic postings from now on. :)

Hello everyone. I am new here. Kind of my first ever forum post anywhere. I don't know on which discussion I should post this topic in and this is the only one I found that I could post a new topic so I apologize in advance if this is not the correct place to put this in. With that said, if I am in the wrong place I would very much appreciate it if you pointed me on the right direction. I really don't know how to navigate through the forums. I am as certifiably noob as certifiable noobs can be. haha. Anywhoo, on to my dilemma; the nexus mods website. It seems that the background images on the nexusmods websites are not loading properly. As in the structure of the whole site just loads up as barebone words. I attached sample pictures. I tried: 1.) Accessing the sites on a different browser (same issue.) 2.) Checking my internet connection if it is sufficient (it is btw. I can load a 720p video on Youtube without choking.) 3.) Restarting the modem (maybe my internet connection is the problem?) 4.) Confirmed that other websites are working properly (youtube, 9gag, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, Fallout Wikia, Witcher Wikia, research purpose sites, etc.) to ensure that the issue is not with my internet connection. What could be the possible causes of the problem? Are there any steps that I can do to isolate the issue? I read on a forum post from way back 2013 (I believe), that something like this happened when Nexus was moving or changing servers (I think). Could that be it? Is Nexus under maintenance? I tried searching on Google but no topic comes up confirming or denying that Nexus is under maintenance. Again, I apologize in advance if I am posting on the wrong discussion or board or idrk what it's called (please don't lynch me. I might enjoy it too much. jk. please forgive me.) Please point me on the right direction. Thank you in advance to anyone who would answer.
