They're called CGpreset. Just head into the NPC lists and scroll until you find them. CGpresetcaucasianM01 is the one you want.

I'd also very much like to see a mod like this, but also for a different reason. When reloading any lever-action gun, or revolver, while moving, the character's running animation will glitch, making me unable to shoot my gun until I stop for 2 seconds. Those 2 seconds can get a person killed. Properly killed. I speculate that the glitch happens because the reload animation is so ridiculously fast.

Agreed. Hopefully there are a few skilled modders out there who feel the same. And soon. :>
