  1. Eh but it can be done if someone would like to take up the idea I can write up the lore behind how they survived. Right now I am not going to work too hard on it as no one has started it
  2. Eh, don't have the game anymore? Then what's the point of the request? It's simple, I want to see it done, I want others to be able to enjoy it, even if I can not.
  3. So as the topic title says I want someone to take my challenge and make an elephant like creature, that is of course mutated by radiation, and put it into the capitol wasteland. I don't think it'd be too hard, and I'd do it myself but I don't have the game anymore.

  6. Project Title: Project Harrison(Get it? Van Buren then Harrison?) Slowing down due to school starting The Idea The idea is to add many more types of mutants to the game and increase the amount in game. I want to add around 13 new types into the game. The Concept I came up with this idea after reading about how Super Mutants evolve in their lives from lowly regular all the way up to Behemoths. I have been obsessed with finding and killing super mutants ever since my first encounter. The Team: I am eliminating the team as I have no time to coordinate everyone anymore... Proof of Concept In the games no hierarchy of super mutants in fallout 3 is ever established but obviously since they travel in packs there is some. Many mods have already proved the addition of these new classes is possible. This mod proves addition of multiple mutant classes. This mod proves the ability to make extra-large mutants. What is done so far/ needs to be done: Titans: 100% Colonels: 100% Brutalizer: 100% Colossi: 100% Feuhrer: 50% Look is complete need to finish mesh then find somewhere for him to go. Mutant Stronghold: 1% Concept roughly planned Quest: 5% Planned; Brutalizer carrying note to start quest Everything else: 0% Any questions, ideas, comments, or concerns?

  8. eh? How'd you get it to an esm first? I doubt that has anything to do with it though... Did you make sure to go into the render window and manually place the companion into the world?

  11. Would it not be simpler to just add an option to the bench to make prewar books if you have X Small/Big burned books, Wonderglue, Water, and ink?
  12. It would be possible to remove the models for a weapon you don't see the hands using such as a mesmatron then add that stuff to it with a 100% chance of critical hit. It would make it seem like you are casting a spell or moving things with your mind. As with what SkevitJ said this is the closest you'll come. Gimmie a day I'll see what I can do.
  13. Nothing 'special' is needed but it takes a lot of time and is best to learn how to use GECK well before attempting to make companion.   16. Okay so three things: 1. Change in the buildings where it says the one boss has 700 Million Hit Points. This is first of all unrealistic and second it is to my knowledge impossible in the GECK. 2. Since I am the Texturist then I guess I might as well be the Weapon Developer. Just seems like it'd be cutting out a lot of work for someone else to get the texture from me the implement it. 3. Are there any positions over at Project Harrison you'd be able to take over? EDIT: Someone over at Harrison came up with an idea that you might be able to implement.
  17. So I am now partnering this mod (To a point) ModMaster's Super Mutant City mod. This just means that there will be five or six new classes. They are the Destroyer, Terminator, Elite, Commander, and Dominator. Project Harrison is still my main priority but as a lot of modders I reckon I need to step away from it every so often...
  18. Give him a good amount of HP then add resistance to him like Fire Resistance also give him good weaponry and a few allies.

  21. @BlackSampleAdmin: No as it has been said MANY times no one knows who dropped the first bombs so we can't necessarily blame it on the Chinese. Yes the water was effected but the fact that in two hours more energy was released than in all previous wars combined that is what caused the destruction and death not the water. Also I don't know what your native tongue is but if it is English please check your grammar.
