I've done this quest,but as you guys can see in my screenshot,the quest is still available.I don't know how to clear it out.It kinda annoy me,Kudos for anyone who can get this culprit out of my quest log.Thank you in advance :)

Shadow problem at Drug Den (Near the USS Constitution)

Drug Den shadow bug -
After the USS Constitution have set their last voyage,I entered Drug Den that owns by raider.I encountered 1 annoying shadow bug as you guys can see at the pic.I don't know if any others encountered it as well.Plus,there's another shadow bug just outside the then,it's near the boat.You guys can go check it out. Edited= I forgot to take screenshot at the Den,but as you can see below the bug also occur at Combat Zone

Turn out to be I've installed "Instinctive Exploration" mod which are obsolete :p

So today I've started to play Skyrim once again since I left it about a years ago.The game loads normally and running flawlessly,but the only thing that bugging me is I can't open Skyrim map as the game stated that I don't have any map.Thanks in advance,hope you guys can help me
