There should be way to turn it on for a character through console. But I don't know it. But you can throw X-01 armor pieaces on the ground. Select each one in console and type "amod 23ab92" and Enter to get the paint job.

Iron Man, Crysis, Chinese Stealth Armor, Spartan style of armor would be so cool. Power armor feels just to bulky most of the time you want a high tech, sneaky style of play. Power armor is super cool for a tank, shock troop character. I can't wait for GECK to come out and start trying out some (Institute) advanced combat armor with (leg) rocket boosters, cloaking, targeting, sprinting boost, jump boost, no fall damage. I know I can do all of this with Power armor, but I want a smaller form factor. On topic 5 PAs is still pretty ok. Each additional won't add that much to the game and people use the best one anyway. Lack of Enclave = lack of X-02 (and Hellfire) I quess. But there should atleast be tesla coil attachments visual.

Still Brotherhood of Steel are easy to understand hord all the technology for yourself and kill everything mutated. But the Institute.... scientists live in solitute underground for 200 years and what do they come up with... androids, artifical constructs and a teleporter. And proceed to replace people with Synths for no real reason. Terrorize and scare the population and then say "We are just missunderstod." I was hoping for some cool armor and weapons. Or atleast order them to make some when I get to be leader, nope I can only do fetch quests as the leader. Ability to order Synth on surface around... nope.

FIXED: Thanks to ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated Hello everyone I've been playing around with modding Fallout 3 and come across a trouble I can't fix with custom hair. The correct hair textures only show in some lightning conditions, most of the time it's just a solid colour, which is effected by "hair colour". After unable to find a solution and did I clean install (reinstall + delete all files in F3 folder). I only installed Hair Pack and nothing changed. Some thing happens with other hair mods.
