Why do i have additional SPECIAL points ? I have unequipped everything , and tried 'player.recycleactor' , are there anything i'm missing ? Are these points from mods ? Magic Effects ? Anyone knows how to check for hidden effects ? What do the '( + )' mean ? Hopefully some pictures can help
